The Drupal framework also includes hundreds of features added by thousands of contributed modules.  We wouldn't dream of keeping you away from all the incredible website features the Drupal community has to offer.  However, since there are so many features and add-on modules created by programmers all over the world, we simply haven't tried them all and can't provide more than a best effort support.  This may sometimes include referring you to those module's resources--things like help docs, support forums, and youtube videos.
