The Ultimate Special is usually only for those that require functionality beyond the current Drupal framework.  That is, you need us to develop a new web feature for you, something we're really good at.  Very rarely does a website require this degree of custom coding, as the Drupal framework has over 6000 add on modules already that do everything from run your coffee maker to operate your sprinkler system.  Wait, I'm being told those two modules are not yet available, but about everything else under the sun is.
